Evaluation Mechanism

Scientific Research Evaluation Policy

1: The editor manager of the Journal of Legal Sciences receives the research submitted for publication in the Journal of the College, after ascertaining that the subject of the research is related to the legal sciences because the journal is specialized in this field.

2: To transmit the research submitted for publication by the Editor manager to the Editorial Board of the Journal.

3: Examine the percentage of plagarisim by using (Turnitin)

 

4: The Editorial Board of the Journal shall review the research submitted for publication and then nominate the competent experts to evaluate the research, provided that the scientific title and the exact specialization of both the scientific expert and researcher are taken into account.

5: Give the research with the names of experts nominated by the Editorial Board to the Editorial Manager.

6: The Editorial Secretary shall submit the research to the competent experts in the light of the decision of the editorial board and follow up their answers in light of the legal period prescribed for the evaluation.

7:  Assign the evaluated research to the language evaluator to check the integrity of the language

8: The final decision shall be sent to the researchers, whether by accepting the publication of the research or rejecting the publication under an official book authenticated by the College.
