الملخص

        أدى انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا (covid-19) الى لجوء السلطات العامة المختصة الى اتخاذ جملة من التدابير والإجراءات الوقائية للحد من انتشاره ومكافحته، وقد تنوعت هذه ألإجراءات ما بين تقييد لبعض الحريات ، ومنها حرية التنقل والتجمع والحريات الاقتصادية في العمل والتجارة ، وتنظيم المرافق العامة لغرض التكيف مع الوضع المستجد والحد من انتشار الوباء ، وإن أهم هذه الإجراءات التي اتخذتها السلطات الضبطية تمثلت في إغلاق بعض الأنشطة التجارية ، وتعطيل وسائل النقل ، والحجر الصحي المنزلي والتباعد الاجتماعي ، واللجوء إلى خيار الدوام الجزئي للمرافق العامة .
